“The Dolan Building”.  Built by the Dolan family in 1890, 140 Glen was home to the family’s drug store business, as well as to the Dolan’s themselves. Purchased in 2007 by Glen Street Associates, the building has been remodeled to include a mix of commercial and office space on the first floor, and charming downtown apartments overlooking Glens Fall’s new roundabout on the second and third floors.
